The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from shopping and major attractions like the Cathedral. My Queen Room felt clean and had a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the helpful reception staff who were quick to address my questions. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though I would have liked more options like fresh fruits. The shower had some cleanliness issues, with a bit of dust in the corners. The room lacked air conditioning. Plus, the old furnishings in the bathroom could use an update for a more comfortable experience. Still, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for those who appreciate good value near the city center.

Good sized and beautifully maintained rooms with a bathtub, felt like home. The check in was easy, the staff was really friendly and amicable. I was offered a fantastic breakfast except for a boiled egg.

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore. Unfortunately, the room was quite dusty and hot.

The location was great, really in the city center, near the Dom and shopping area. Breakfast was really good and tasty. I think it is worth for its price. I had a single room, and there was a single bad, it was a bit unusual as I got used to at least queen size bads, but it was quite comfortable and I slept well. Of course, the noise isolation is not so good and you can here voices from naibour rooms, but I already got used to and do not pay attention to this. In general it was cleen, well located, friendly stafff and good price.

It was a smoking room before, and some light smell was still present in the room.

The Hotel is very good located. It is placed only 10 m. from the shopping area, on quiet small street, and it is also very closed to the train Station, from where you could reach easily all you need, for example Koeln Messe, Airport and s.o. Friendly stuff, good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Next time, when i visit Koeln again, i will be for sure also in this Hotel.

Sraightforward, good value for money

The location is perfect, just a few meters from the pedestrian shopping area and close to the Cathedral. The staff were nice and provided excellent service. The room, though small, wassuper clean and cozy.

The location was good, only 5 minutes walk to an art gallery. Moreover, it was close to a cathedral and a main street. The breakfast was wonderful except for a boiled egg!

Overall had nice stay on a business trip. We booked extremely spacious room with a bathtub and could use wake-up service, available in it:)))
